It's a perfect way to experience the numerous benefits of yoga, including enhanced flexibility, breathwork, improved concentration, increased strength, and a profound sense of calm—all while remaining comfortably seated. Join us and explore the empowering world of chair yoga, where you can nurture your mind and body in a safe and inclusive environment. This class is ideal for students with limited mobility or who are healing from an injury. Minimum 6 students required for class.

The Hubbard Hall Board, in partnership with Larry and Lucas Sconzo, will present an exciting evening of music, refreshments, and community at Hubbard Hall. The cabaret will feature jazz, blues, and rock acts hailing from New York City and our own community.

Performers include: Nick Hetko, Miss Jane and the Nightbreakers, The Maple Ridge All-Stars, and Cambridge’s own WIDE MARGIN!

Audience members will enjoy: Table seating; a cash bar featuring beer donated by Brown’s Brewing Company and wine donated by Northern Cross and South Dominion Vineyards; and sweet and savory appetizers (included with ticket purchase).
