Feel good doing easy movements that boost your energy, release tight joints, improve your posture and abdominal strength.  Seated with standing moves for balance.  Prevention Magazine wrote: "Gyrokinesis is a seated workout that combines the core-strengthening benefits of Pilates, the flexibility of yoga, the grace of dance, the fluidity of swimming, and the energy lift of tai-chi in one simple, dynamic routine."  Suitable for all ages. If anyone has movement limitations, suggestions for alternative moves are given.
