Feel good doing easy, rhythmic movements that boost energy flow, release tight joints, improve posture and abdominal strength. “Gyrokinesis is a seated workout that combines the core-strengthening benefits of Pilates, the flexibility of yoga, the grace of dance, the fluidity of swimming, and the energy lift of tai-chi in one simple, dynamic routine.”—Prevention Magazine. Done seated on a stool with some standing moves for balance. Class is easy to follow. If anyone has movement limitations, suggestions for alternative moves are given.
