This 45-minute Pilates class combines traditional mat exercises with light weights and barre-inspired movements to sculpt and strengthen your entire body. Focused on key areas like the low abs, glutes, inner thighs, and lower back muscles, you'll build core stability, improve flexibility, and enhance posture. The mix of Pilates principles and light resistance provides a full-body workout that tones, strengthens, and prepares you for summer, leaving you feeling strong, balanced, and energized. Minimum 6 students required for class.
