Kick off the new year with a calming 45-minute Yin & Restorative Yoga class designed to nurture your body and mind. This gentle practice focuses on deep stretching and longer-held poses to release tension and promote relaxation while increasing flexibility and opening energy channels throughout the body. You’ll be guided through both YIn and Restorative postures that encourage healing and rejuvenation, allowing you to reflect on your intentions for the year ahead. Join us in creating space for peace, self-care, and renewal as we embrace a fresh start together.
